Quote and review process
For sell-to-us enquiries, include as much detail as you can in the form. If the collection is a fit, we'll reply by email so you can attach photos and provide extra quantity or condition details.
Payment or trade credit
Payment or trade-credit options are confirmed after review and agreement. We will not ask you to send items until the process and offer are clear.
Response time
We aim to reply within 1-2 business days. Large collections, blurry photos or missing lists can take longer to review properly.

For order help, include your order number, email used at checkout and a short note about what you need. For product questions, include the product name or link.
